What is the purchasing procedure?
A deposit of 10% of the total purchase price is payable on the signing of the agreement.
The deposit is placed in the vendor's solicitor's interest bearing trust account with the purchaser receiving full interest less withholding tax, bank charges, commission or any other charges. The balance of the purchase is payable upon settlement/completion of the residences. Back to top

Is there secure parking?
Allocated and secure parking is in the basement and on levels 3 and 4. There is lift access to these levels located behind the Hotel and Residences. Entry is gained via a security coded swipe card and remote. Back to top
Is there visitor or disabled parking?

What are the security systems for the building and individual residences?
Each residence has an audiovisual link via telephone intercom to the entrance foyer and concierge. The Stamford Residences has its own entrance, which is separate from the hotel. Back to top

Residents can utilise all the Hotel facilities and services for a fee.
